Every beat in the catalog is available under five licenses: MP3, WAV, Trackout, Unlimited and Exclusive. The first four are non-exclusive — the beat stays on sale and can be licensed to other artists. The Exclusive pulls the beat from the catalog and transfers every right to you.
This page explains what each license allows, in plain language. The binding document remains the license agreement delivered with each order (links below) and the Terms of sale (in French).

Standard agreement: MP3 license (in French)
Who is it for? Testing a beat, dropping a freestyle, feeding your socials or building a first project on a small budget.
What it allows. You get the untagged MP3 320 kbps file. You can record your track, distribute it up to 10,000 combined streams across all platforms, sell up to 1,000 copies (paid downloads included), monetize 1 music video, and perform the track at non-profit shows (open mics, freestyles).
What it does not cover. No WAV file or stems, no radio, no TV. If your track takes off, upgrade to a higher license: the price already paid is deducted.

Who is it for? A real streaming release: single, EP, video — the standard for a serious project.
What it allows. You get the studio-quality WAV + the MP3. Up to 100,000 streams, 5,000 sales, 2 monetized music videos, airplay on 2 radio stations (FM or web radio) and paid live shows allowed.
What it does not cover. No stems (fixed mix), no TV/sync. Still non-exclusive: the beat can be sold to others.

Who is it for? Artists who want a pro-grade record: the real added value is the separated tracks (stems) to mix, rearrange or hand over to an engineer.
What it allows. You get the stems (drums, bass, melodies…) + WAV + MP3, with the right to remix and rearrange for your track. Generous but numbered caps: 500,000 streams, 10,000 sales, 3 monetized videos, 5 radio stations, paid shows allowed.
What it does not cover. No TV/sync, and the caps above apply — to drop every limit, that is the Unlimited license. Still non-exclusive.
Standard agreement: Unlimited license (in French)
Who is it for? A track you plan to push hard: campaign, playlisting, touring — without ever wondering whether you crossed a cap.
What it allows. Stems + WAV + MP3 included, and everything is unlimited: streams, sales, videos, radio, TV/sync, live performances (shows, tours, festivals), with no time or format limit.
What it does not cover. Exclusivity, only: the beat stays in the catalog and can be licensed to other artists. That is the single difference with the Exclusive.

Who is it for? Artists and labels who want the beat to themselves, with no risk of colliding with someone else's release.
What it allows. Every right, without any cap, formalized by a signed transfer agreement: the beat is immediately and permanently removed from the catalog. You receive stems + WAV + MP3 + the project's source files. A split sheet / publishing share agreement can be drawn up.
Good to know. Non-exclusive licenses sold before the transfer remain valid within their own limits (the market standard); their count is disclosed on request. The price depends on the track and the intended use — expect from ~€300 upward, hence the quote. “Co-prod” beats are not eligible without the co-owner's written consent.
Legal note. These licenses grant a right of use over the file: they never transfer the intellectual property of the composition, except under a signed Exclusive transfer. The agreement delivered with the order prevails over any presentation material, including this page.
Royalties & credits. If you are registered with a collecting society (SACEM or equivalent), the split of author's rights on your final work must be agreed in writing beforehand — a split sheet can be provided on request. Remember to credit the composition “Prod. NOSTRACK” when registering.
